After his studies in Cologne, Geneva, Strasbourg and Austin (Texas), Armin Hauschild - following a practical training period in Washington, D.C. - initially worked as an attorney at the law firm of Hengeler Mueller in Düsseldorf. In 2000, he was appointed notary public in Düsseldorf and together with Prof. Dr. Norbert Zimmermann founded the joint office Zimmermann Hauschild. Mr. Hauschild also notarizes in English and Spanish and is (co-)editor and co-author of various publications, including the Notarial Handbook of Corporate and Business Law and the Handbook of Stock Corporation Law. He was a scholarship recipient of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (studies), the Fulbright Commission (studies abroad) and the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (doctorate).

After studying at the University of Münster, Leif Böttcher earned his LL.M. at the University of Miami in 2005. Upon joining Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as an attorney in Cologne, he assumed the position of notary trainee (Notarassessor) at the Federal Ministry of Justice in Berlin before being appointed notary public in Brühl in 2014. The author of numerous publications in the field of corporate law, real estate law and notarial professional law, Mr. Böttcher also notarizes in English, French and Spanish. He was a scholarship holder of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (studies) and the Fulbright Commision (studies abroad).
